Terms of Purchase

Eventtickets is a secondary marketplace for event tickets. Prices are set by sellers and may differ from face value. All purchases are binding – by completing a purchase, you accept the terms below.

1. Purchase

1.1 Binding Agreement

The following terms apply to all purchases on www.eventtickets.se. Upon payment or confirmation of purchase, the customer enters into a binding agreement with Eventtickets and accepts these terms of purchase. Eventtickets reserves the right to take all legal action under applicable law in case of violation of these terms.

1.2 Technical Disruptions

Eventtickets is not responsible for or liable to compensate for damages arising from service disruptions, delays, interruptions, or other technical circumstances that make it impossible or difficult for the customer to use the service.

1.3 Cancellation

Eventtickets reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice where the customer has not provided complete or accurate information.

1.4 Pricing

Eventtickets is an independent operator in the secondary market and should not be confused with organisers or primary resellers. Prices on www.eventtickets.se are based on market supply and demand and may therefore be higher or lower than the ticket's original price (face value). 1.5 Binding Orders

The customer commits to completing purchases on www.eventtickets.se. All orders are binding, regardless of whether payment has been made or not. In case of non-payment, Eventtickets has the right to charge the customer in full for ordered tickets.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. The Distance Selling Act's rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to tickets for cultural or sporting events (Chapter 2, §11), nor to services already commenced or products with an expiration date (§4). Lost tickets are not replaced.

1.6 Order Guarantee

All tickets delivered via Eventtickets provide valid admission to the intended event. Tickets are delivered according to the specified information and terms. If Eventtickets for any reason cannot deliver tickets as agreed, payment for undelivered tickets will be refunded according to applicable terms.

1.7 Age Requirement

The customer must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on www.eventtickets.se.

1.8 Invalid Tickets

If an invalid ticket is purchased, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the specified section is no longer available, Eventtickets reserves the right to deliver equivalent tickets in another section with corresponding purchase value.

2. Events

2.1 Responsibility

Eventtickets acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the event's content, quality, or execution. All questions and claims regarding the event should be directed to the organiser or venue.

2.2 Changed Date, Time or Venue

In case of changes, the purchased ticket is valid for admission to the rescheduled event. The customer is responsible for checking any changes.

2.3 Cancelled Event

In case of a cancelled event, the organiser is responsible for decisions regarding refunds. In such cases, Eventtickets offers gift cards corresponding to the amount paid according to applicable terms.

3. Payment

Payment is handled by the payment provider Mollie. By completing a purchase, the customer also accepts Mollie's terms of use. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card, Swish, Klarna, and iDEAL.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Method

Delivery is made via email or registered post to the specified address. Delivery time is normally 24 hours to 14 days but may in some cases occur as late as the event day. The customer is always guaranteed delivery in time for the event.

4.2 Last-minute Delivery

For last-minute deliveries, tickets may be delivered by Eventtickets representatives near the venue, no later than two hours before the event starts.

5. Other Terms

Eventtickets is a private and independent company that brokers tickets to popular and often sold-out events. Eventtickets is not responsible for the event's execution. The customer is responsible for checking that the event has not been cancelled or changed. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software, belongs to LinkUp Solutions AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and other applicable intellectual property legislation.

The content may not be copied, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without prior written consent from LinkUp Solutions AB, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

7. Changes to Terms

Eventtickets reserves the right to change these terms of purchase at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website www.eventtickets.se.

In case of significant changes, the customer will be informed via email or through clear information on the website. By continuing to use Eventtickets' services after changes have been published, the customer is deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms of purchase shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall primarily be resolved through dialogue and negotiation between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.

Consumers also have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
